Legal, privacy, and risk disclosures

Effective August 2, 2026. Cordellion is an experimental software platform. These disclosures are a product baseline and are not a substitute for jurisdiction-specific legal advice or a complete customer agreement.

Investment and AI risk

Investing involves risk, including loss of principal. Market data can be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. AI-generated analysis can be inaccurate, omit important information, or behave differently as models and data change. Cordellion does not guarantee profits, loss prevention, or future performance.

Users remain responsible for reviewing their objectives, restrictions, recommendations, and account activity. Emergency pause, approval thresholds, and other controls reduce risk but cannot eliminate it.

Automated and third-party services

Cordellion may prepare recommendations from portfolio, market, technical, fundamental, news, or model-generated information. A deterministic policy layer evaluates proposals before any execution path. Robinhood and other providers are independent third parties with their own terms, availability, security, and execution behavior.

Automated execution is disabled by default and may be unavailable even when a user selects an automated operating mode. Orders can be rejected, delayed, partially filled, duplicated by external systems, or filled at prices different from estimates.

Data collection and use

We may collect account identifiers, contact information, portfolio and transaction data, investment-policy settings, device and browser information, security events, and service activity. We use this data to provide the service, enforce user controls, secure accounts, diagnose failures, maintain an audit trail, and improve the product.

Broker credentials and tokens used by the current integration are encrypted at rest on the application server. No security mechanism is infallible. Users should use a unique Cordellion password and promptly disconnect access if they suspect compromise.

Cookies and security

Cordellion uses essential cookies for authentication, session integrity, preferences, and security. Third-party services on public pages may use their own cookies or telemetry. Browser settings can limit cookies, but essential features may stop working.

Taxes and professional advice

Cordellion does not provide legal or tax advice. Tax-aware and wash-sale settings are software controls, not guarantees of tax treatment. Consult qualified financial, legal, and tax professionals for advice appropriate to your circumstances.

Your choices

You may pause AI activity, lock selling, require approvals, restrict assets, and request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal data. Some records may be retained for security, legal, reconciliation, or audit purposes.
